Apply & Get Preapproved
Submit a simple, grace-based application. We preapprove you based on character, effort, and consistency — not just credit scores.
Design & Prepare Your Home
You help choose the finishes and vision for your future home while we complete the full rehab and get it ready for move-in.
Move In & Complete Your Pathway
You follow the Pathway Agreement, build stability, and once the plan is complete, ownership officially transfers to you.
